eFlute Academy

eFlute Academy is our online subscription flute school, offering online warm-ups, weekly classes, tutorial videos and newsletter.
Ideal for students who would like to continue enjoying the benefits of online learning, and be part of a big, friendly and supportive flute community.
Designed to be a perfect complement alongside one-to-one lessons with your existing teacher.

Warm-ups


Every MONDAY and FRIDAY at 8:30am (UK) - 20 mins
You can join us live on zoom or watch the video at a time to suit you
Any material used, as well as the video recording, will be posted online after the class

Weekly Classes


TUESDAYS at 6pm (1 hour)
These are also recorded, so please don’t worry if you can’t always join us in ‘real time’

We have monthly themes and classes usually consist of a workshop focusing on a chosen element of flute technique or an informal Masterclass - giving everyone a chance to perform in a friendly and supportive environment. Each month we also have a class run by an esteemed Guest Artist. Previous guests have included Ian Mullin, Katherine Bryan, Lisa Nelsen and Ali Ryerson. Past themes have included: Mozart, Story Telling, The Flute in Context and The Great American Songbook

New! Monthly Flootcamp Class New!

Each month there will be a class on one aspect of flute-playing such as scales, tone, ABRSM exam pieces for a specific grade, articulation and more. (Suggestions welcome). Bootcamp for flutes! This is included FREE for members of the eflute academy. If you would like to make a voluntary donation however, please feel free! For anyone else who does not wish to join the eflute academy, please make a one-off donation of £12 (working adults) or £6 (students or unemployed).

First session: Saturday 13th Feb. 5 - 6pm TOPIC: Advanced Scales/arpeggios. If you wish to join this session, please email us at eflutenet@gmail.com, for copies of music, the Zoom link and any payment links.

Pay-As-You-Go

We encourage subscriptions because it helps us organise budgets for artists and future events, but we understand it’s not always possible to commit, so we also warmly welcome occasional visitors! Pay-as-you-go sessions cost £12 each, but please note that priority booking and masterclass performing opportunities are offered to eFlute subscribers first.

£30 per month (full)

This includes the following:

*Dedicated Junior Classes (fortnightly on Thursdays)
